Centre-based is the most disruptive for a working student and the most familiar. Confirm the centre list before you enrol — a university with no centre near you turns each examination into a day of travel.
Remotely proctored removes the travel and adds requirements: a working camera, a stable connection, an uninterrupted room and, usually, identity verification. Worth a dry run rather than a first attempt on the day.
